- To restrict Processing of Personal Data in case: a) the accuracy of the Personal Data is contested b) the processing is unlawful and the user opposes the erasure of the Personal Data and requests the restriction of their use instead c) CryptoMap no longer needs the Personal Data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the user for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (Right to restriction of processing).

- To object to CryptoMap processing user’s Personal Data in cases where the processing is for: a) the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the CryptoMap b) the legitimate interests pursued by the CryptoMap or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of Personal Data, in particular where the data subject is a child (Right to object).
- Not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing unless: a) the decision is necessary for entering into, or performance of, a contract between the User and CryptoMap b) the decision is authorised by the law to which the CryptoMap is subject and which also lays down suitable measures to safeguard the user’s rights and freedoms and legitimate interests c) the decision is based on the user’s explicit consent (Automated individual decision-making, including profiling).
