Analog and Digital Solutions Limited is headquartered in the UK and has operations in the UK. Nevertheless, some of the service providers may be located outside of the UK and EU/EEA.   • To obtain from CryptoMap without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning the user and to request CryptoMap to amend your Personal data (Right to rectification).
  • To use the “right to be forgotten” in case a) the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed b) the personal data have been unlawfully processed c) the User objects to the processing, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing d) the personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of information society services e) the personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation.
  • To restrict Processing of Personal Data in case: a) the accuracy of the personal data is contested b) the processing is unlawful and the user opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead c) CryptoMap no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the user for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (Right to restriction of processing).
  • To be communicated about any rectification or erasure of Personal data or about the imposition of the restriction on processing (Notification obligation regarding rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing).
  • To request the copy of personal data, which the user has provided to CryptoMap, and which have to be provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to request CryptoMap transmits the data to another controller (Right to data portability).
  • To object to CryptoMap processing user’s personal data in cases where the processing is for: a) the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the CryptoMap b) the legitimate interests pursued by the CryptoMap or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child (Right to object).
  • Not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing unless: a) the decision is necessary for entering into, or performance of, a contract between the User and CryptoMap b) the decision is authorised by the law to which the CryptoMap is subject and which also lays down suitable measures to safeguard the user’s rights and freedoms and legitimate interests c) the decision is based on the user’s explicit consent (Automated individual decision-making, including profiling).
